Retreat and Programmatic Partners
Bring your ideas and we'll make them happen! We are currently accepting inquiries for retreats and events - ex. women's retreat, writer's retreat, workshops, open studios, site-specific installations, or presentations.
Organizational partners - Microgrants and Fellowships
We are currently accepting applications for fellowship and micro-grant donor organizations supporting artists at the upcoming residency program on Governor’s Island this summer. While fellowships would support an artist/or several artists participation at the residency, the micro-grant would directly benefit your organization, your mission, and/or your constituency. They will implement the project during the 6-12 month period following their residency. Art Kibbutz will customize your fellow’s residency and the following microgrant project to meet your needs (as well as the artists’). Art Kibbutz will serve as curator to facilitate the connection between your organization’s designated staff and the artist; provide hands-on support with the production of the art project; as well as technical and logistical assistance. Through these fellows you will gain access to Art Kibbutz’s extensive national and international network - various public programs, including talks, screenings, performances and exhibitions.
Other Options
We welcome your input on how we could best meet your mission and your community’s needs. We are also interested to discuss ways in which your community members would like to participate in the residency program, itself - for example, as speakers, group visitors or through public programs.
